Shipping and Delivery

Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. In-stock items usually ships in 1 to 3 working days. Custom made products require a longer turnaround time. Please allow up to 7 working days after shipment date for delivery.

FREE shipping

All of our items are for FREE shipping unless it's marked as not. The following restrictions apply:

  1. Free shipping orders will be delivered via UPS ground or other such standard methods.The delivery takes 2~5 business days based on your location. Please make sure you provide valid address when you check out.
  2. Free shipping is not applicable to express delivery, and truck or freight shipments
  3. Free shipping is not applicable to regions outside of continental U.S.A
  4. We reserves the right to terminate or change this FREE shipping offer at any time.

 

Shipping Costs for non-FREE shipping items

The shipping cost of a non- FREE shipping item is displayed under the item price on the product detail page and at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on product size, delivery method, and other factors.

Express delivery

We can offer 2-Day Air and Next Day Air delivery with extra charge. To expedite your delivery, please leave comment when you check out, we will contact you shortly about the arrangement and cost.

Hawaii / Alaska / PR / Canadian / international orders

  1. For order to Hawaii and Alaska, we will charge extra to cover the shipping cost.
  2. For order to Canada, we will charge extra to cover the shipping cost.
  3. Shipping costs vary depending on product size, delivery method, and other factors. we will contact you shortly about the arrangement and cost
  4. Sorry, currently we only ship order to USA and Canada and we will add other international destination in the near future.

 

Shipping FAQ

What happens if my package is damaged due to shipping and handling?

Before signing off your order from the delivery man, please inspect the package for signs of damage. If the package is severely damaged do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately at Grille4you Auto Parts so that we may initiate a claim and replace your order. Take photos of the damaged package and email them to us.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address. Just select the “no” button when you are asked whether billing and shipping address are the same.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?

Unless your items are all from the same manufacturer, they will not arrive at the same time.

Can I give special delivery instructions?

Unfortunately, we do not accept special delivery instructions. The delivery of the package is at the discretion of the driver.
