• We offer free shipping to mainland 48 states in United States.
• For order to Hawaii and Alaska, we will charge extra to cover the shipping cost.
• For order to Canada, we will charge extra to cover the shipping cost.
• Sorry, currently we only ship order to USA and Canada and we will add other international destination in the near future.
• Unless with special arrangement, all orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground Service the next business day after the payment received in full. The delivery takes 2~5 business days based on your location. Please make sure you provide valid address when you check out.
• We can offer 2-Day Air and Next Day Air delivery with extra charge. To expedite your delivery, please leave comment when you check out, we will contact you shortly about the arrangement and cost.
• Local Pick-Ups are acceptable. Call us to schedule the pickup time.

• NO MORE RESTOCKING FEE! ( Big item side bar, bull bar and bed cover are exluded.)
• We accept return or exchange within 30 days after package delivered.
• Contact us first for Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship back the package.
• No package sent back will be processed for refund if no RAN code.
• Please also make sure that you pack the parts quite well and insure the package when you ship it back. No refund will be made for damaged parts.
• If we send the wrong item, we will take care of everything for exchange, including shipping cost.
• For big item side bar, bull bar and bed cover, 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
